A cookie is a small file that is saved on your computer by the website you are visiting in order to temporarily store a small amount of information about your visit, for example any preferences you have set or items you have added to your shopping cart.

If you are using Internet Explorer:

To enable cookies for our shopping cart pages, look at the bottom-right of your Internet Explorer window for a symbol something like an eye with a stop sign next to it. Double click on this symbol and it should come up with a list of cookies currently being blocked. Right click on anything with hobgoblin in it and choose 'always accept'. If the eye symbol is not showing, on the top menu choose 'Tools', 'Internet Options' and then click on the 'Privacy' tab. Click on 'Sites', type in 'hobgoblinforschools.com' and click on 'Allow', then 'OK, then 'Apply'.

If you are using Firefox:

On the File menu choose 'Tools', 'Options', and click on the Privacy tab or icon. Select the Cookies tab and either a) check the box for 'Allow Sites to Set Cookies'. This will allow all sites to set cookies on your computer, so if you don't want them to, uncheck this box when you have finished shopping.
or b) Click on 'exceptions', type in 'hobgoblinforschools.com' and click 'Allow', then 'Close', then 'OK'.
