Hobgoblin for Schools is part of Hobgoblin Music - we are a UK based retailer of traditional and acoustic musical instruments. Hobgoblinforschools.com has been set up to make it easier for educational organisations to order from us by displaying the prices including our standard 10% educational discount, and minus VAT (where applicable). Educational organisations may order from the website and pay by invoice.
To use the website, you will first need to set up an account with us. This is a very simple process - just email us us or call us on 01903 203399 to get started. We can then set you up with a username and password so you can order directly from the website.
We are able to supply pro forma quotes upon request. There may be bigger discounts for bulk orders, so please ask us for a price if you are considering placing a large order. In addition we can supply in bulk many items not listed on the website, through our manufacturing contacts, so just ask for what you need and we'll try to get it for you!
All orders placed through the website are subject to our approval. If there is any reason we are not able to process your order we will let you know within two working days.
Approved orders will be processed and dispatched within a week (generally orders arrive in 1 - 3 working days), and VAT invoices will follow very shortly afterwards. Our payment terms are 30 days. If an item is out of stock, it will be held on back order and sent when it becomes available. The stock levels shown on the website are updated daily, but may not always reflect the most recent sales.
If you need to request a change to your stored billing, delivery or login details please call us on 01903 203399 or email us and we will make the required changes as quickly as possible. We may require proof of address before updating billing or delivery details.
